The Lockdown
I was sleeping until the sun rays from the window came to my eyes. The honk of the horn came from outside: "Who wants fruits? Who wants vegetables?" I was still yawning and rolling my eyelids just to figure out who was yelling at the roadway. My brother came in no time. He uttered: "Do you have green leaves and onions?" I was still clumsy while he went by me and took some veggies early in the morning. It was the 25th day since the Lockdown began. The roads and streets were silent with minimal vehicles and passers-by. Anybody could listen to the sound of chirping birds in the road with few amounts of daily accessing food vehicles and medical traffics in the thoroughfare. The COVID-19 cases became pandemic in most countries in the world. The number of people with Corona cases was increasing day-by-day.
