Reincarnation of Happiness
That trigger still intrigues my mind. The nerve-wracking feeling lost in somewhere when I couldn't do my daily stuff well as I used to do. I couldn't hang out with buddies, play FIFA with them, and shout out loud anymore. I couldn't tolerate a single rebuke from my parents and teachers. A total nightmare with a lot of delusions.
I was losing hope day by day. My life seemed to be in misery simply slipping out of hand. After a difficult yet splendid score in SLC, I did come to Kathmandu for my higher study. I was enrolled in a hostel there. And, my life went on perpetually in the same routine. Coping through a science subject wasn't easy. The situation became worse when we had to spend hours on extra classes as well. The thoughts and feelings deliberately relapsed in exam time when I had to stress even more. I unknowingly worsened my Physics exam. I couldn't write to the level of my ability. The days passed on. The result came. I, fortunately, got passed with flying colors despite the hardships in giving exams. Luck favored me.
One of my friends used to make an acquaintance with me in college. Once in a while, Ritesh mumbled me, "Let's go out for refreshment. The holiday is coming. Why not Godawari? "
I nodded, "Okay".
We headed to Godawari on Saturday amid the day time. His lean towards spirituality and meditation made me go to a so-called place: "A Prembaad, of Swami Bibekananda".
The place was quiet, calm, and full of tranquility. Anyone could have flabbergasted with the smell of nature. The sound of birds chirping, the breeze flowing past my body was tainting tears drop of regret.

Ritesh made me an acquaintance with the Guruji. He gestured: "Hello, come here. Where are you from?"
" Hello. I am Ashish from Bagbazar. And, I'm the one who needs to get a life Guruji", I smiled and nodded.

The Guruji took us to the basement and we drew our crossed legs to the thighs and waited to kick off a meditation. I was already feeling good in my guts. He taught us the process of meditation and yoga too. It was quite daunting initially just to focus on his words. I glanced at Ritesh; he was also doing it deliberately. I inspired myself.
Many days passed on. I and Ritesh used to come over there every weekend. The progress was seen in me- on my diurnal activities. He was also cheerful, calm, and elated.
I had no nerve-wracking feeling thereafter. I was mentally cum physically fit. My life became better afterward. Fortunately, my dear friend persuaded me to go for yoga and meditation. I was showing gratitude towards him for peace and meditation.
